Panel Description

The PI3K-AKT Signaling array covers members of the AKT (Protein Kinase B) and PI3K families, their regulators, as well as other genes involved in the processes, pathways and regulation of PI3K-AKT signaling. Included are genes for the inactivation of Gsk3 and accumulation of b-catenin; regulation of actin organization and cell migration; BAD phosphorylation; IGF-1, mTOR, and anti-apoptotic pathways; and regulators of eIF4e and p70 S6 kinase activity.
