Ovalbumin Antibody (PA1-196-HRP) in ELISA

Direct ELISA analysis of ovalbumin was performed by coating wells of an ELISA plate with 3ug/ml of ovalbumin protein (Product ## 77120) in carbonate/bicarbonate buffer (Product ## 28382) overnight at 4C. The plate was blocked with StartingBlock T20 (TBS) blocking buffer for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. An HRP-conjugated ovalbumin antibody (Product ## PA1-196-HRP) was added in quadruplicate at concentrations of 1, 0.5, 0.25, 0.125, 0.0625, 0.313, 0.015, and 0ug/ml, and incubated for 1 hour at room temperature. The plate was washed and detection was performed using 1-Step Ultra TMB substrate (Product ## 34028). The reactions were stopped with 0.16M sulfuric acid, and absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450-550nm.
