We are excited to provide live demonstrations of the following products at M&M. If you are interested in seeing something in particular in action, please register in advance for a demo slot.
Helios 5 Hydra DualBeam
The Helios 5 Hydra PFIB-SEM is equipped with the multi-ion species of argon, nitrogen, oxygen, and xenon, making it the most versatile system on the market. The choice in ion species (<10 mins switch) combined with its optics performance, allows consistent, optimal imaging and analysis of your samples.
The Tundra Cryo-TEM offers a simplified interface to help you easily obtain insight on biological structures, in-house. Its touch screen-based loading systems allows users of any level of expertise to access Cryo-EM and either screen samples during sample optimization steps or collect long high resolution SPA data for structure determination.
The Spectra Ultra Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope enables ultra-fast EDX mapping, tomography, ultra-low dose EDX spectroscopy, and live in situ EDX while optimizing conditions to mitigate beam damage and improve EDX count rate.
The Phenom Pharos G2 FEG-SEM brings field emission SEM to your tabletop, offering easy operation, fast sample exchange, and powerful performance to help academic and industrial laboratories quickly complete imaging and analysis jobs.

Axia ChemiSEM
The Axia ChemiSEM Scanning Electron Microscope constantly processes EDS data in the background and uses unique algorithms to process SEM and EDS signals simultaneously, allowing it to display the morphology and elemental makeup of a sample in real time.
Talos F200i and Talos F200X G2 (S)TEMs can now be powered by a new ultra-high-brightness cold field emission gun (X-CFEG) with high brightness, a small source size (tip), and low energy spread for faster and higher resolution imaging.
The new Glacios 2 Cryo-Transmission Electron Microscope delivers higher throughput, enhanced image quality, and simpler operation than the previous generation, helping you easily collect near-atomic data from a broad range of biological targets.
