Three populations of Jurkat cells labeled with different fluorescent tracers: red-fluorescent SNARF®-1 carboxylic acid, SE (S22801); blue-fluorescent Marina Blue®, SE (M10165); and green-fluorescent CFDA, SE (C1157). After labeling, the cells were mixed together and three photographs of the same field of cells were captured using an Omega Optical filter set and bandpass filter sets appropriate for DAPI and fluorescein.
