Cassette Clamp, left
Cassette clamps are replacement parts for the Mini Gel Tank. They lock and seal the gel cassettes within the Gel Runner Tank. The orientation is determined when facing the front of the gel tank.
About the Mini Gel Tank
The Mini Gel Tank is compatible with a variety of Novex® gels, NuPAGE® gels, and Bolt® Bis-Tris Plus gels. Each Mini Gel Tank can accommodate up to two gels per run. The unique tank design enables convenient side-by-side gel loading and enhanced viewing during use. Optimized conditions using constant voltage allow for Bolt® Bis-Tris Plus gels to be run in approximately 35 minutes. Run times may vary depending on buffer conditions and power supplies being used.

E-Gel™ Imager Blue Light Base
The E-Gel® Imager system is your personal imaging system for documenting and analyzing agarose gels and E-Gel® cassettes. The E-Gel® Imager Blue Light Base is one of three interchangeable bases that work with the E-Gel Imager Camera Hood to comprise the E-Gel® Imager system. The E-Gel® Imager Blue Light base is a compact blue light transilluminator for self poured gels as well as E-Gel® agarose gel cassettes stained with SYBR® dyes. E-Gel® Imager Blue Light Base has a built in safety mechanism that requires the E-Gel® Imager Camera Hood to be affixed over the top in order to be operational. Alternatively the E-Gel® Imager Gel Excision Kit will allow the base to transilluminate without the Camera Hood attached. E-Gel® Imager Blue Light Base has an internal power supply port to allow operation of the E-Gel® iBase™ inside the system without running cables or wires under the hood or through a door.

Strong, Steady Blue Light Transillumination
The E-Gel® Imager Blue Light Base is an excellent transilluminator specially designed to work as part of the E-Gel® Imager system. The Blue Light Base provides intense uniform illumination across the entirety of the glass surface of the table. The internal light sources have been positioned to minimize hot and cold spots as well as edge effects and to minimize shadowing. The E-Gel® Imager Blue Light Base produces very bright and intense blue light and eye protection should be worn any time the transilluminator is viewed without the camera hood.
Small Footprint Fits any Benchtop
The E-gel® Imager Blue Light Base has been designed as a part of the compact E-Gel® Imager system. The contoured design is sleek and modern, to standout on any bench without overwhelming even a modest amount of space. E-Gel® Imager is a departure from the heavy, cumbersome imaging systems of years past. As part of the E-Gel® Imager system the Blue Light Base is small and light enough to move around the lab as needed, but attractive enough to want to store in plain sight.
Multiple Bases for Multiple Applications
Three interchangeable bases provide excellent flexibility to use multiple gel stains. The UV Light Base is best for ethidium bromide and the Blue Light Base can be used for many SYBR® dyes like SYBR® Safe DNA gel stain. The E-Gel® Adaptor Base has been designed to provide power to either the E-Gel® iBase™ power system coupled to the E-Gel® Safe Imager™, or the E-Gel® Go! Base with its integrated blue light transilluminator so E-Gel® cassettes can be run right inside the E-Gel® Imager. This allows for real time image capture while samples are running on the gel.
