SOLiD™ Buffers are used for ligation sequencing on the 5500⁄5500xl Genetic Analyzers. The SOLiD™ REV Buffer Kit (Double) is used during paired-end runs for ligation sequencing in the reverse direction. The SOLiD™ REV Buffer kit consists of two components (SOLiD™ REV Buffer Part 1 and SOLiD™ REV Buffer Part 2) that need to be mixed prior to use. The kit contains sufficient reagents to run 240 to 420 cycles, or up to 35 cycles in one lane.
The SOLiD™ REV Buffer is required only for paired-end sequencing runs.
