OpenArray™ 384-well Sample Plates, Black (Applied Biosystems™)

OpenArray® 384-well Sample Plates are for use with the QuantStudio™ 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System. They are low-volume microplates used in the QuantStudio™ OpenArray® Accufill™ System for sample loading onto OpenArray® plates.

These particular plates are black in color for improved visualization during loading.

PCR Plate, 96-well, low profile, non-skirted, purple (Thermo Scientific™)

The low profile Thermo Scientific PCR plate (Purple) has shorter wells than the standard profile plate (AB-0600), decreasing the 'dead space' between the heated lid of the thermal cycler and the sample. This eliminates condensation on the side wall of the tube, preventing reduction in PCR volume and increasing the efficiency of the reaction. These low profile products are especially recommended for use with reaction volumes below 20 µL.
