•GIBCO® TrypLE™ Select ™ CTS™ enables you to reduce your burden in qualifying reagents during your transition from research to clinical applications.
•Non-animal or human origin
•Reduced risk of viral or prion contamination
•Removal kinetics and recovery viability comparable to porcine trypsin
•Demonstration of activity on multiple cell lines, including strongly attached lines
•Stable at room temperature (15 to 30°C) for up to 24 months.
•Manufactured using dedicated, autoclaved or disposable equipment.

TrypLE™ Select CTS™, a non-animal alternative for porcine Trypsin, is a recombinant enzyme derived from microbial fermentation. This material is used for the dissociation of attachment-dependent cell lines from plasticware. TrypLE Select has demonstrated the ability to dissociate cells cultured both in serum-free and serum supplemented systems. The product is provided as a 1X stock solution, formulated in DPBS with 1mM EDTA. The concentration of rProtease is proprietary to
Invitrogen Corp.

GIBCO® CTS™ products are of high quality, and are supplied with harmonized documentation such as Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Origin, and access to authorization letters for our Drug Master Files, as appropriate. The GIBCO® CTS™ product line enables you to reduce your burden in qualifying reagents during your transition from research applications to clinical applications.

TrypLE™ Express Enzyme (1X), no phenol red (Gibco™)

TrypLE™ Express is an animal origin-free, recombinant enzyme used for dissociating a wide range of adherent mammalian cells, including CHO, HEK 293, A529, primary human keratinocytes, and embryonic stem cells. TrypLE™ Express cleaves peptide bonds on the C-terminal sides of lysine and arginine, and is a direct replacement for trypsin. Its exceptional purity increases specificity and reduces damage to cells that can be caused by other enzymes present in some trypsin extracts. We offer a variety of TrypLE™ formulations for a range of cell culture applications. Compared to trypsin and other dissociation reagents, TrypLE™ Express is:

• Gentle on cells
• Room temperature-stable
• Easy to use
• Animal origin-free (AOF)
This TrypLE™ Express is modified as follows:
WithWithout
• EDTA• Phenol Red

The formulation of TrypLE™ solutions is available, although we keep the enzyme concentration confidential.

Gentle on cells
TrypLE™ Express' exceptional purity increases specificity due to the action of a single enzyme. This reduces damage caused by cleavage from multiple enzymes in trypsin and other extracts.

Room temperature-stable
TrypLE™ Express remains stable for 24 months at room temperature or 2–8°C, making storage and handling easy and convenient.

Easy to use
TrypLE™ Express can be directly substituted for trypsin in existing protocols. In addition, dilution alone inactivates TrypLE™ Express, avoiding the need for trypsin inhibitors, such as FBS.

Animal origin-free (AOF)
Unlike porcine trypsin, TrypLE™ Express is free of animal-derived components.

cGMP manufacturing and quality system
TrypLE™ Express is manufactured at a cGMP-compliant facility located in Grand Island, New York. The facility is registered with the FDA as a medical device manufacturer and is certified to ISO 13485 standards.

TrypLE™ Select Enzyme (10X), no phenol red (Gibco™)

TrypLE™ Select is an animal origin free, recombinant enzyme for dissociating a wide range of adherent mammalian cells, including CHO, HEK 293, A549, primary human keratinocytes, and embryonic stem cells. We offer a variety of TrypLE™ formulations for a range of cell culture applications.

Compared to trypsin and other dissociation reagents, Gibco® TrypLE™ Select is:

Gentle on cells—maintains cell health for reproducible results
Room-temperature stable—convenient to use
Easy to use—substitutes directly into existing protocols, with no inactivation required
Animal origin free (AOF)—pure, consistent, and effective

This TrypLE™ Select is modified as follows:

WithWithout

• EDTA

• Phenol Red

The formulation of TrypLE™ solutions is available, although we keep the enzyme concentration confidential.

Gentle on cells
TrypLE™ Select, like trypsin, cleaves peptide bonds on the C-terminal sides of lysine and arginine. However, TrypLE™ Select's exceptional purity increases specificity due to the action of a single enzyme. This reduces damage caused by cleavage from multiple enzymes in trypsin and other extracts.

Room-temperature stable
TrypLE™ Select is room-temperature stable and ready to use. TrypLE™ Select cell dissociation reagents remain stable for 24 months at room temperature or 2–8°C, making storage and handling easy and convenient.

Easy to use
TrypLE™ Select can be substituted for trypsin in existing protocols. In addition, dilution alone inactivates TrypLE™ Select, avoiding the need for trypsin inhibitors, such as FBS.

Animal Origin Free (AOF)
Unlike porcine trypsin and other enzymes, TrypLE™ Select is free of animal-derived components, and is formulated on dedicated animal origin-free equipment.

Product Intended Use
For Research Use or Further Manufacturing. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Customers using Gibco® TrypLE™ Select in a manufacturing process, who have a submission with the FDA, may request a letter of authorization from us to reference our Type II Drug Master File (DMF).
