RPS6KA2 (RSK3) serine/threonine kinase is a member of the ribosomal S6 kinase (RSK) family. It is believed that RPS6KA2 is a signal-transducing intermediate in the cellular response to several growth factors. It is found in many tissues, but in higher levels in lung and skeletal muscle.

PRKACB (PRKAC beta) Recombinant Human Protein

The catalytic subunit C-beta of PKA (PRKACB) is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family (the PKA catalytic subunit consist of three gene products: C-alpha, C-beta, and C-gamma) and has been assigned to human chromosome region 1p36.1. PRKACB is derived from a gene distinct from C-alpha and shows tissue-specific expression. At the amino acid level C-alpha and C-beta showed 93% homology. Recombinant full-length human PRKACB was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using a N-terminal GST tag.

FGFR3 receptor tyrosine kinase or Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 is part of a family of fibroblast growth factor receptors that share similar structure and function. FGFR3 plays a role in several important cellular processes, including regulation of cell growth and division, determination of cell fate, formation of blood vessels, wound healing and embryo development. FGFR3 is involved in the development and maintenance of bone and brain tissue. Mutations in FGFR3 have been implicated in causing bladder cancer, cancer of white blood cells (multiple myeloma) and cervical cancer. PI4KB (PI4K beta) Recombinant Human Protein

PI4KB and PI4KA are the two human type III PI4 kinases, which share sequence similarly with PI3 kinases and phosphorylate the 4 position of phosphotidyl inositol.

This MET (cMET) Y1235D recombinant human protein (956–end) was expressed in insect cells. MET receptor tyrosine kinase is a proto-oncogene that encodes a transmembrane growth factor receptor which is a heterodimer of two disulphide linked chains of 50 kDa (alpha) and 145 kDa (beta). MET is widely expressed in the kidney, brain, lung, skin, and embryonic tissue. Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) binds to MET and activates its tyrosine kinase activity. MET is overexpressed and activated in a variety of human cancers including pancreatic, colon, gastric, cervical and ovarian cancers and has been shown to be involved in tumor cell migration and invasion. GRK6 Recombinant Human Protein

GRK6 is a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein coupled receptor kinase subfamily of the serine⁄threonine protein kinase family. GRK6 phosphorylates the activated forms of G protein-coupled receptors to initiate their deactivation.

PRKACG (PRKAC gamma) is a third isoform of the catalytic subunit of cAMP-dependent protein kinase. It was isolated from a human testis cDNA library and was clearly derived from a gene distinct from C-alpha and C-beta and showed tissue-specific expression. Whereas at the amino acid level C-alpha and C-beta showed 93% homology, C-gamma showed only about 80% homology to both C-alpha and C-beta. The PRKACG gene is intronless, contains remnants of a poly(A) tail, is flanked by direct repeats, and is co-linear with the PRKACA gene. Recombinant full-length human PRKACG was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using a N-terminal GST tag.
