MAP2K6 (MKK6) Recombinant Human Protein

MAP2K6 (MKK6) is a serine⁄threonine kinase that functions as an activator of p38 in the MAPK pathway.

MAPK1 (ERK2) Recombinant Human Protein, Inactive

MAPK1 (ERK2) is a serine⁄threonine kinase that acts as an important activator of p90 RSK, MSK, ELK1, and Stat3, and is involved in the MAPK pathway.

PRKACB (PRKAC beta) Recombinant Human Protein

The catalytic subunit C-beta of PKA (PRKACB) is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family (the PKA catalytic subunit consist of three gene products: C-alpha, C-beta, and C-gamma) and has been assigned to human chromosome region 1p36.1. PRKACB is derived from a gene distinct from C-alpha and shows tissue-specific expression. At the amino acid level C-alpha and C-beta showed 93% homology. Recombinant full-length human PRKACB was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using a N-terminal GST tag.

PI4KA Human Protein

PI4KB and PI4KA are the two human type III PI4 kinases, which share sequence similarly with PI3 kinases and phosphorylate the 4 position of phosphotidyl inositol.

AURKA (Aurora A) Recombinant Human Protein

AURKA (Aurora A) is a serine⁄threonine kinase that regulates mitosis by association in vivo with centrosomes. Overexpression of AURKA is observed in many types of cancer.

MET (cMET) Y1235D Recombinant Human Protein (Invitrogen™)

This MET (cMET) Y1235D recombinant human protein (956–end) was expressed in insect cells. MET receptor tyrosine kinase is a proto-oncogene that encodes a transmembrane growth factor receptor which is a heterodimer of two disulphide linked chains of 50 kDa (alpha) and 145 kDa (beta). MET is widely expressed in the kidney, brain, lung, skin, and embryonic tissue. Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) binds to MET and activates its tyrosine kinase activity. MET is overexpressed and activated in a variety of human cancers including pancreatic, colon, gastric, cervical and ovarian cancers and has been shown to be involved in tumor cell migration and invasion. MET (Y1235D) is one of the native mutant forms of MET. MET (cMET) Y1235D recombinant human protein is also available in our SelectScreen™ Kinase Profiling Service.

CSNK1G2 (CK1 γ 2) Recombinant Human Protein

CSNK1G2 (CK1 gamma 2) is a serine⁄threonine kinase implicated in a wide range of cellular functions, including vesicular trafficking, DNA damage repair, cell cycle progression, and cytokinesis.

CDK7/Cyclin H/MNAT1 Recombinant Human Protein

The trimeric complex of CDK7, cyclin H and MNAT1, functions as a Cdk-activating kinase (CAK). It is an essential component of the transcription factor TFIIH, that is involved in transcription initiation and DNA repair. This complex is thought to serve as a direct link between the regulation of transcription and the cell cycle.

NTRK3 (TRKC) Recombinant Human Protein

NTRK3 (TRKC) belongs to the neurotrophic factor family of related polypeptides central to the development and maintenance of the mammalian nervous system.

BMPR2 Recombinant Human Protein

BMPR2 is a member of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) receptor family of transmembrane serine/threonine kinases. The ligands of this receptor are BMPs that are involved in endochondral bone formation and embryogenesis. The loss of interaction and lack of phosphorylation of TCTEL1 by BMPR2 may contribute to the pathogenesis of primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) and BMPR2 also plays an essential role in human T-cell differentiation. Recombinant human BMPR2 (174-end) was expressed using baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal His tag.

MET (cMET) Recombinant Human Protein

MET (cMET) is a receptor-like tyrosine kinase whose disregulation has been linked to many types of human malignancies.

MARK4 Recombinant Human Protein

MARK4 is a serine⁄threonine kinase that is likely to be directly involved in microtubule organization in neuronal cells.

PRKCZ (PKC zeta) Recombinant Human Protein

The PKC family of serine⁄threonine kinases, including PRKCZ (PKC zeta), is activated intracellularly by signal transduction pathways. In humans, at least 12 different PKC polypeptides have been identified. These isoforms differ in primary structure, tissue distribution, subcellular localization, mode of action in vitro, response to extracellular signals, and substrate specificity. PKC alpha, beta I, beta II and gamma form the conventional family; their activities are Ca2+- and phospholipid-dependent.

MAP2K1 (MEK1) Recombinant Human Protein

MAP2K1 (MEK1) kinse is a dual-specificity protein kinase that functions in mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascades, controlling cell growth and differentiation. MAP2K1 is activated by a wide variety of growth factors and cytokines and also by membrane-dependent depolarization and calcium influx.
