This ABL1 F317I recombinant human protein (27–end) was expressed in insect cells. ABL1 tyrosine kinase is a member of the ABL family and has been implicated in wide range of cellular processes including: cell differentiation, cell division, cell adhesion, and stress response. The purified catalytic domain (27-end) of the ABL1 F317I mutant can be used in a number of different applications, but has been specifically validated for use with our Z’-LYTE™ assay technology to identify novel kinase inhibitors. LYN B Recombinant Human Protein

LYN is a SRC family kinase expressed predominantly in hematopoietic cells. Activation of LYN has been shown to lead to imatinib resistance in CML patients. LYNB and the slightly shorter LYNA are the two isoforms of LYN.

JAK3 Recombinant Human Protein

Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) phosphorylates members of the STAT (signal transduction and activators of transcription) family. JAK3 is predominantly expressed in immune cells and transduces a signal in response to activation of interleukin receptors.

FYN A Recombinant Human Protein

Fyn A (Fyn isoform A) is a member of the SRC tyrosine kinase oncogene family showing high homology to YES1, FGR and SRC. Fyn has been shown to phosphorylate Dab1, an intracellular adaptor protein that interacts with amyloid precursor protein (APP) and apoE receptor 2 (apoEr2). The interaction of Fyn and Dab1 regulates the phosphorylation, trafficking, and processing of APP and apoEr2. Fyn expression has been shown to be significantly increased in Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML). Knockdown of Fyn with shRNA slows leukemia cell growth, inhibits clonogenicity, and leads to increased sensitivity to imatinib. Full-length recombinant human FYN A was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag.
