SRMS (Srm) is a tyrosine protein kinase (SRC sub-family) that may be involved in the proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes.

TNK1 Recombinant Human Protein Invitrogen™

This TNK1 recombinant human protein (1–510) was expressed in insect cells. TNK1 tyrosine kinase, non-receptor 1 belongs to the tyrosine protein kinase family and as such is an important regulator of intracellular signal transduction pathways mediating cellular proliferation, survival, and development. TNK1 is highly expressed in fetal tissues and at lower levels in a few adult tissues. TNK1 may function in signaling pathways utilized broadly during fetal development, and more selectively in adult tissues. TNK1 plays a negative regulatory role in the Ras-Raf1-MAPK pathway, and knockout mice have been shown to develop spontaneous tumors, suggesting a role as a tumor suppressor gene. JAK2 Recombinant Human Protein

Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) is a protein tyrosine kinase involved in a specific subset of cytokine receptor signaling pathways and is mutated in polycythemia vera. This kinase contains the catalytic domain (JH1) of JAK2.

AXL [R499C] Recombinant Human Protein

AXL, a transforming gene isolated from primary human myeloid leukemia cells, encodes a novel receptor tyrosine kinase which is a member of the TAM (TYRO3/AXL/MER) receptor tyrosine kinase subfamily. AXL represents a unique structure of the extracellular region that juxtaposes IgL and FNIII repeats and Axl transduces signals from the extracellular matrix into the cytoplasm by binding growth factors like vitamin K-dependent protein growth-arrest-specific gene 6. AXL is involved in the stimulation of cell proliferation and can also mediate cell aggregation by homophilic binding. Recombinant human AXL R499C (473-end) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag.

The ABL1 proto-oncogene encodes a cytoplasmic and nuclear protein tyrosine kinase that has been implicated in processes of cell differentiation, cell division, cell adhesion, and stress response. The E255K mutant is a Gleevec resistant form of ABL1.

YES1 Recombinant Human Protein

YES1 is a recombinant human protein kinase that is a member of the SRC family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene. It is involved in the regulation of cell growth and survival, including roles in apoptosis, cell-cell adhesion, cytoskeleton remodeling, and differentiation.

Active—this protein can be used in kinase activity assays, such as Z’-LYTE® assays, or in a binding assay platform like the LanthaScreen® Eu Kinase Binding Assay (KBA).

Purified—purity is determined by gel electrophoresis and provided in lot-specific certificate of analysis (COA).

GST-tagged—provides animal origin flexibility. When used in the KBA platform, it can be paired with a goat- or rabbit-derived Eu-anti-GST antibody.

LCK is a SRC-related kinase family expressed in lymphocytes.

JAK3 Recombinant Human Protein

Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) phosphorylates members of the STAT (signal transduction and activators of transcription) family. JAK3 is predominantly expressed in immune cells and transduces a signal in response to activation of interleukin receptors.

This PEAK1 recombinant human protein (1127–end) was expressed in insect cells. PEAK1 cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase or Pseudopodium-enriched atypical kinase 1 is a protein tyrosine kinase which belongs to NKF3 kinase family and regulates the cytoskeleton and has been shown to be involved in cancer progression. PEAK1 promotes anchorage-independent growth in the MDA-MB-435 human cancer cell line and promotes tumor progression of XPA-1 human pancreatic cancer cells when transplanted into the pancreas of nude mice. PEAK1 is highly expressed in spleen, followed by heart, ovary, brain, lung, kidney, and fetal brain. PEAK1 recombinant human protein is also available in our SelectScreen™ Kinase Profiling Service.
