RSPO1 Recombinant Human Protein (aa 1-146, His Tag)

R-Spondin 1 (RSPO1), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the human RSPO1 (NP_001033722.1) (Met 1-Ala 146) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Activity: Measured by its ability to bind recombinant mouse CD36 in a functional ELISA.

Formulation: Lyophilized in 140 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 1.8 mM KH2PO4, pH7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Activity:
1. Measured by its ability to bind human AGER in a functional ELISA.
2. Measured by its ability to bind TP53 in a functional ELISA.

MBP Bovine Protein, Natural (Gibco™)

Myelin Basic Protein (MBP) was purified from bovine brain by a modification of the method of Deibler et al. (1). The protein is supplied lyophilized.

UltraPure™ BSA (50 mg/mL) (Invitrogen™)

UltraPure BSA is a non-acetylated bovine serum albumin (BSA) pure enough to use when DNA or RNA integrity is critical. One tube containing 50 mg is provided, at a concentration of 50 mg/mL. BSA has many uses as a carrier protein and as a stabilizing agent in enzymatic reactions. In northern, Southern, and dot blot hybridizations, BSA is also used as a blocking agent. It is recommended in buffers for nick translation, polymerase reactions, and ligations. BSA is also a common additive for PCR amplifications, footprinting, and gel shift assays. In restriction digests, BSA has been shown to enhance enzyme activity. The molecular weight is 68 kD. UltraPure BSA is rigorously tested for DNase, RNase, endonuclease, and protease activity.

Frizzled 7 Recombinant Human Protein (Gibco™)

Recombinant Human Frizzled-7 (FZD7) is a bioactive recombinant protein intended for use in cell culture applications. FZD7 is a member of the Frizzled family, which are 7-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for Wnt signaling proteins. Wnt signaling is involved in several developmental processes.

The protein sequence of Frizzled-7 corresponds to the extracellular region of mature Human Frizzled 7, aa 33-185, fused to the Fc region of Human IgG1.

The equilibrium binding constant, KD, of Human Frizzled 7 was measured at less than 10nM using mouse Wnt3a as the ligand. Measurements were made using the ForteBio Octet optical biosensor instrument.

Recombinant Human Placental Growth Factor-1 (PIGF-1, also referred to as PLGF-1) is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture and related applications. PIGF-1 is active in angiogenesis, as well as in the stimulation, proliferation, and migration of endothelial cells. It signals through receptor VEGFR-1/FLT1.

Pierce™ 3x DYKDDDDK Peptide (Thermo Scientific™)

Pierce 3x DYKDDDDK Peptide is a lyophilized peptide with the sequence Met-Asp-Tyr-Lys-Asp-His-Asp-Gly-Asp-Tyr-Lys-Asp-His-Asp-Ile-Asp-Tyr-Lys-Asp-Asp-Asp-Asp-Lys (MDYKDHDGDYKDHDIDYKDDDDK). It has a molecular weight of 2861.9 g/mol. For use, reconstitute to 1.5 mg/mL in PBS.

This tricosa-peptide can be used to competitively elute DYKDDDDK-tagged fusion proteins from immobilized anti-DYKDDDDK affinity supports, especially when a DYKDDDDK-tagged protein is sensitive to low pH. Note that Pierce 3x DYKDDDDK Peptide may interfere with protein determination assays and absorbance at 280 nm. However, the peptide can be removed from the eluate by desalting (e.g., with Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, Cat. No. 89891).

Protein A–FITC Conjugate (Invitrogen™)

Protein A (from Staphylococcus aureus, Cowan I strain) is conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and is purified by molecular sieving to remove the unbound FITC and unconjugated Protein A. The product is in 10 mM phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% ovalbumin, 40% glycerol, and 0.1% sodium azide.

STAT1 Recombinant Human Protein

Recombinant human STAT1 is phosphorylatable in vitro, using either immunoprecipitated JAK1 or JAK2, or whole cell extracts derived from interferon-gamma-stimulated HEK 293 cells.
