Primary Rat Cortex Neurons, Sprague Dawley (Gibco™)

Gibco Primary Rat Cortex Neurons, Sprague Dawley, are isolated and cryopreserved from Sprague Dawley embryonic day-18 rats. A flexible, ready-to-use, and quality alternative to fresh neurons, each vial contains one million cells per mL. These neurons consistently yield post-thaw viability in the range of 50–80%, have high neuronal purity, and are validated for functionality.

Human Astrocytes (Gibco™)

Gibco Human Astrocytes are normal human cells derived from human brain tissue. When used together with Gibco Astrocyte Medium, these astrocytes are highly mature and differentiated GFAP positive cells with the typical star-like morphology.

Gibco Human Astrocytes are cryopreserved at Passage 1. Each vial contains >1 million viable cells post-thaw.
