About Dynabeads® CD8 Positive Isolation Kit
The Dynabeads® CD8 Positive Isolation Kit contains uniform, superparamagnetic beads (4.5 µm diameter) covalently coated with a monoclonal antibody specific for the CD8 membrane antigen predominantly expressed on the cytotoxic subset of human T cells. The kit also includes a DETACHaBEAD® reagent that releases the Dynabeads® from the purified CD8+ cells. This gently magnetic isolation process gives highly viable bead- and antibody-free cells to be used in any downstream assay.

Magnetic bead–based separation offers easy handling
Dynabeads® are mixed with the sample in a tube where they bind to the target cells during a short incubation, after which the bead-bound cells are separated from unbound cells using a magnet. The positively isolated cells are then washed, and DETACHaBEAD® reagent is added to gently release the cells from the beads. This magnetic bead-based positive isolation method gives both bead- and antibody-free cells. The isolated CD8+ cells are phenotypically unaltered and suitable for any downstream application. About Dynabeads® CD4
Dynabeads® CD4 are uniform, superparamagnetic beads (4.5 µm diameter) coated with a primary monoclonal antibody specific for the CD4 membrane antigen mainly expressed on human T helper cells. Because of the bead size, Dynabeads® CD4 can easily and efficiently isolate or deplete cells from viscous samples such as whole blood and bone marrow in about 30 minutes. Dynabeads® CD4 will also afford excellent recovery of high-purity, viable cells for use in downstream molecular studies; for example, those in which cells are to be lysed while still attached to beads, and nucleic acids or proteins further purified. Note that intact cells will not be released from these beads, so if you want to isolate CD4+ cells for cell-based applications, or you need to check your samples with flow cytometry, check out our total human CD4 product offerings.

Dynabeads™ Epithelial Enrich (Invitrogen™)

Enrich epithelial tumor cells directly from whole blood, bone marrow, or PBMC suspensions. Enriched tumor cells are lysed for mRNA isolation and RT-PCR amplification. The sensitivity of combined enrichment and RT-PCR detection can be as high as 1 tumor cell in 1 ml blood.

Dynabeads™ FlowComp™ Human CD4 Kit (Invitrogen™)

This gentle and easy-to-use kit allows you to isolate flow-compatible human CD4+ T-cells from PBMC or directly from whole blood. Immediately after positive isolation, the beads are released and removed from your cell sample. In this way, you avoid exposing your cells to potentially cytotoxic or immunogenic foreign substances like iron oxides or dextrans, a potential problem when working with biodegradable particles. In addition, your cells will not be exposed to the stress of being passed through a column.
You can expect a purity level of >95% and up to 75% recovery of human CD4+ cells.

Dynabeads® CD45 are superparamagnetic beads covalently coupled to anti-human CD45 antibody that enable isolation or depletion of CD45+ leucocytes directly from whole blood, buffy coat, or MNC suspensions. Dynabeads® CD45 can also be used to enrich epithelial tumor cells. The CD45 antigen is weakly expressed on myeloid cells. To efficiently deplete or isolate all leucocytes including myeloid cells, use Dynabeads® CD15 (Cat. No. 11137D) in combination with Dynabeads® CD45. Advantages of Dynabeads® CD45:

Dynabeads® CD45 is often used for enrichment of circulating non-hematopoietic tumor cells, by depletion of all CD45+ leucecytes from a MNC sample.
