TaqMan™ RNase P Instrument Verification Plate for 7900HT System, 384-well (Applied Biosystems™)

The Applied Biosystems® TaqMan® RNase P 384-Well Instrument Verification Plate is used to verify the performance of the Applied Biosystems® 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System. The TaqMan® RNase P 384-Well Instrument Verification Plate is a 384-well PCR plate preloaded with the necessary reagents to detect and quantitate genomic copies of the human RNase P gene, a single-copy gene encoding the RNA moiety of the RNase P enzyme. Each well contains preloaded reaction mix (1X TaqMan® Universal PCR Master Mix, RNase P primers, and FAM™ dye–labeled probe) and template.
The TaqMan® RNase P Instrument 384-Well Instrument Verification Plate satisfies the same requirements as the Applied Biosystems® 7900 HT Real-Time PCR Systems installation. To pass installation, the instruments must demonstrate the ability to distinguish between 5,000 and 10,000 genomic equivalents with a 99.7% confidence level for a subsequent sample run in a single well. To ensure accurate results, Applied Biosystems® recommends that the performance of your instrument be verified every six months.

QuantStudio™ 12K Flex OpenArray™ Block RNase P Kit (Applied Biosystems™)

The QuantStudio™ 12K Flex OpenArray® Block Rnase P Kit is used for verification of the QuantStudio™ 12K Flex OpenArray® block. The kit contains 2 Rnase P arrays plus reagents Each kit also comes with sufficient accessories to perform two experiments: 6 lids and plugs, 6 immersion fluid syringes, 2 carriers, 1 box of Accufill™ System tips, and 384-well plates.

MUSTANG PURPLE™ Dye Spectral Calibration Plate for Multiplex qPCR, Fast 96-well (Applied Biosystems™)

This plate is used for MUSTANG PURPLE® dye spectral calibration of your 7500 Fast, ViiA™ 7, QuantStudio™ 6 Flex, QuantStudio™ 7 Flex, and QuantStudio™ 12K Flex real-time PCR systems with a Fast 96-well block. Calibration and verification should be run at least every six months. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use. The dye formulations will improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra found in your real-time PCR experiments.

Sequence Detection Systems Spectral Calibration Kit, 384-well (Applied Biosystems™)

This Applied Biosystems® easy-to-use kit establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™, JOE™, NED™,ROX™, SYBR™ Green, TAMRA™, TET™, and VIC® dyes on the 7900HT Sequence Detection System. The Sequence Detection Systems Spectral 384-Well Calibration kit includes two optical 384-well reaction plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate, and one preloaded and sealed spectral calibration plate with eight separate dye standards.

It enables simultaneous multiple dye calibrations in one plate, significantly reducing effort and time required for dye calibration. In addition, the formulations of the dyes in this plate improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing the fluorescent spectra of the respective probes in your real-time PCR experiments. The TaqMan® Low Density Array Spectral Calibration Kit is used to validate the performance of the Applied Biosystems® 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR Systems with the TaqMan® Low Density Array Block Upgrade. The TaqMan® Low Density Array Spectral Calibration Kit contains four empty TaqMan® Low Density Array, one background tube, and three separate pure dye standards (FAM™, ROX™,VIC®). Insert the loaded calibration arrays during system installation, and the system collects the dye standard's spectral information. The system's application algorithm then uses the calibration information to ensure accurate data analysis. To ensure accurate results, we recommend that the performance of your instrument be verified every six months.

QuantStudio™ 12K Flex OpenArray™ Calibration Kit (Applied Biosystems™)

The QuantStudio™ 12K Flex OpenArray® Calibration Kit is offered in order to maintain the QuantStudio™ 12K Flex Real Time PCR System OpenArray® block type. The calibration kit contains FAM™ dye, as well as a calibration starter kit. The calibration starter kit contains the calibration plaque for background and uniformity, as well as four empty cases for dye loading. Calibration is recommended on a yearly basis.
