7300 Real Time PCR Systems Spectral Calibration Kit (Applied Biosystems™)

This easy-to-use kit establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™/SYBR® Green I, VIC®/JOE™, and NED™/TAMRA™/ROX™ dyes on the Applied Biosystems® 7300 Real-Time PCR System. The Applied Biosystems® 7300 Real-Time PCR Systems Spectral Calibration Kit I contains one background plate, one region of interest (ROI) calibration plate, and seven spectral calibration plates with seven separate dye standards.

The Sequence Detection Systems Spectral 96-Well Calibration kit includes three optical 96-well reaction plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate, and two preloaded and sealed spectral calibration plates with eight separate dye standards.

7900HT TaqMan™ Low Density Array Instrument Verification RNase P Kit (Applied Biosystems™)

The 7900HT TaqMan® Low Density Array Instrument Verification RNase P kit is used to validate the performance of the Applied Biosystems® 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR Systems with the TaqMan® Low Density Array Block Upgrade. The 7900HT TaqMan® Low Density Array Instrument Verification RNase P kit contains an empty TaqMan® Low Density Array and 8 vials of RNase P detection reagents to detect and quantitate genomic copies of the human RNase P gene, a single-copy gene encoding the RNA moiety of the RNase P enzyme. Each vial contains premixed reagents (1X TaqMan® Universal PCR Master Mix, RNase P primers, and FAM™ dye–labeled probe) and template. The 7900HT TaqMan® Low Density Array Instrument Verification RNase P kit must demonstrate the ability to distinguish between 5,000 and 10,000 genomic equivalents with a 99.7% confidence level for a subsequent sample run in a single well. To ensure accurate results, Applied Biosystems® recommends that the performance of your instrument be verified every six months.

TaqMan™ Low Density Array Spectral Calibration Kit (Applied Biosystems™)

The TaqMan® Low Density Array Spectral Calibration Kit is used to validate the performance of the Applied Biosystems® 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR Systems with the TaqMan® Low Density Array Block Upgrade. The Fast 96-Well Normalization Kit is used to maintain your real-time PCR instrument with Fast 96-well block. Normalization plates are used to calibrate different instruments.
