StepOne™ Real-Time PCR System Spectral Calibration Kit (48 well) (Applied Biosystems™)

This easy-to-use kit establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™/SYBR® Green I, VIC®/JOE™, and ROX™ dyes on the StepOne™ Real-Time PCR System.

Features of the StepOne™ Real-Time PCR System Spectral Calibration Kit include:

ViiA™ 7 Array Card RNaseP Verification Kit (Applied Biosystems™)

The ViiA™ 7 System TaqMan® Low Density Array Instrument Verification RNase P kit is used to validate the performance of the Applied Biosystems® ViiA™ 7 Real-Time PCR Systems with the TaqMan® Low Density Array Block Upgrade.

The ViiA™ 7 System TaqMan® Low Density Array Instrument Verification RNase P kit contains an empty TaqMan® Low Density Array and 8 vials of RNase P detection reagents to detect and quantitate genomic copies of the human RNase P gene, a single-copy gene encoding the RNA moiety of the RNase P enzyme. Each vial contains premixed reagents (1X TaqMan® Universal PCR Master Mix, RNase P primers, and FAM™ dye-labeled probe) and template.

The ViiA™ 7 System TaqMan® Low Density Array Instrument Verification RNase P kit must demonstrate the ability to distinguish between 5,000 and 10,000 genomic equivalents with a 99.7% confidence level for a subsequent sample run in a single well. To ensure accurate results, Applied Biosystems® recommends that the performance of your instrument be verified every six months.

Normalization Kit, Fast 96-well (Applied Biosystems™)

The Fast 96-Well Normalization Kit is used to maintain your real-time PCR instrument with Fast 96-well block. Normalization plates are used to calibrate different instruments. ROX™ Dye Spectral Calibration Plate, 384-well (Applied Biosystems™)

This kit is used for ROX™ spectral calibration of your ViiA™ 7, QuantStudio™ 6 Flex, QuantStudio™ 7 Flex, or QuantStudio™ 12K Flex system with a 384-well block. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use.

These calibration kits are used to maintain your real-time PCR system with 384-well block. The 7300 & 7500 Real-Time PCR Systems TaqMan® RNase P Instrument Verification Plate is used to verify the performance of the Applied Biosystems® 7300 and 7500 Real-Time PCR Systems. The 7300 & 7500 Real-Time PCR Systems TaqMan® RNase P Instrument Verification Plate is a 96-well PCR plate preloaded with the necessary reagents to detect and quantitate genomic copies of the human RNase P gene, a single-copy gene encoding the RNA moiety of the RNase P enzyme.
