TaqMan™ RNase P Instrument Verification Plate, 96-well (Applied Biosystems™)

The TaqMan® RNase P Instrument Verification Plate is used to verify the performance of the Applied Biosystems® 7900HT 96-Well Real-Time PCR System and the ABI PRISM® 7000 and 7700 Sequence Detection Systems. The TaqMan® RNase P Instrument Verification Plate is a 96-well PCR plate preloaded with the necessary reagents to detect and quantitate genomic copies of the human RNase P gene, a single-copy gene encoding the RNA moiety of the RNase P enzyme. Each well contains preloaded reaction mix (1X TaqMan® Universal PCR Master Mix, RNase P primers, and FAM™ dye–labeled probe) and template. The TaqMan® RNase P Instrument Verification Plate satisfies the same requirements as the Applied Biosystems® 7900HT 96-Well Real-Time PCR System, and the ABI PRISM® 7000 and 7700 Sequence Detection Systems installations. To pass installation, the instruments must demonstrate the ability to distinguish between 5,000 and 10,000 genomic equivalents with a 99.7% confidence level for a subsequent sample run in a single well. To ensure accurate results, Applied Biosystems® recommends that the performance of your instrument be verified every six months.

ABI PRISM™ 7000 Sequence Detection Systems Spectral Calibration Kit (Applied Biosystems™)

This Applied Biosystems® easy-to-use kit establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™, JOE™, NED™, ROX™, SYBR® Green, VIC™, and TAMRA™ dyes on the ABI PRISM® 7000 Sequence Detection System. The ABI PRISM® 7000 Sequence Detection Systems Spectral Calibration Kit includes eight optical 96-well reaction plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate, and seven preloaded and sealed spectral calibration plates with seven separate dye standards.

JUN™ Dye Spectral Calibration Plate for Multiplex qPCR, 96-well (Applied Biosystems™)

This plate is used for JUN® dye spectral calibration of your 7500, ViiA™ 7, QuantStudio™ 6 Flex, QuantStudio™ 7 Flex, and QuantStudio™ 12K Flex real-time PCR systems with a 96-well block. QuantStudio™ 3/5 Spectral Calibration Plate 3 (TAMRA™, NED™, Cy™5 dyes), 96-well, 0.1 mL (Applied Biosystems™)

This plate establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for TAMRA™, NED™, and Cy®5 dyes on Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 3 and 5 96-well 0.1-mL real-time PCR systems. It enables simultaneous multiple dye calibrations in one plate, significantly reducing effort and time required for dye calibration. MUSTANG PURPLE™ Dye Spectral Calibration Plate, 96-well (Applied Biosystems™)

This plate is used for MUSTANG PURPLE® spectral calibration of your Applied Biosystems® 7500, ViiA™ 7, QuantStudio™ 6, QuantStudio™ 7, or QuantStudio™ 12K Flex real-time PCR system with a 96-well block. Luminex 200™ Calibration Kit (Invitrogen™)

The Luminex 200 Calibration Kit is for use with the Luminex 200 System and contains xMAP calibrators for the MagPlex and MicroPlex classification channels and a calibrator for the reporter channel. A lot-specific CD is also included for importing target values. The kit is intended to be used with the Automated Maintenance Plate (AMP). Stripwells for the AMP are included with each kit. Each kit will provide 25 calibrations.

FocalCheck™ Microspheres, 15 µm, fluorescent dark-red ring stain/green throughout (Invitrogen™)

The sharp ring stains exhibited by the 15 µm FocalCheck™ fluorescent dark red ring stained/green throughout microspheres produce a striking visual representation of instrument misalignment or other aberrations making them ideal as reference standards for confocal laser-scanning microscopy. Correct image registration is indicated when the ring image and disk image of the combination beads are perfectly coincident in all dimensions.

DS-36 Matrix Standard (Dye Set J6) (Applied Biosystems™)

The DS-36 Matrix Standard (Dye Set J6) is used to perform the spectral calibration required to analyze 6-FAM™, VIC®, NED™, SID™, TAZ™, and LIZ® dye-labeled DNA fragments on the Applied Biosystems® 3130, 3500, and 3730 series systems. The data collection software for these instruments uses the multi-component matrix to automatically analyze the 6 differently colored fluorescent dye-labeled samples in a single capillary. The DS-36 Matrix Standard (Dye Set J6) contains 6 specific sizes of a unique fluorescent dye label.

Fluorescent Amidite Matrix Standards [6FAM™, TET, HEX, TAMRA™, and ROX™ dyes] (Applied Biosystems™)

The Fluorescent Amidite Matrix Standards are used to generate the multicomponent matrix required when analyzing 6-FAM™, TET™, HEX™, TAMRA™ and ROX™-labeled DNA fragments. The standard can be used on the Applied Biosystems 310 Genetic Analyzers. The Data Collection Software for these instruments uses the multicomponent matrix to automatically analyze the five different colored fluorescent dye-labeled samples in a single capillary.

This Applied Biosystems® easy-to-use kit establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™, JOE™, NED™,ROX™, SYBR™ Green, TAMRA™, TET™, and VIC® dyes on the 7900HT Sequence Detection System. The Sequence Detection Systems Spectral 384-Well Calibration kit includes two optical 384-well reaction plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate, and one preloaded and sealed spectral calibration plate with eight separate dye standards.

DS-32 Matrix Standard Kit (Dye Set F) (Applied Biosystems™)

The matrix standard set DS-32 is used to generate the 'multicomponent matrix' required when analyzing 5-FAM™, JOE™, NED™, and ROX™ labeled DNA fragments on the Applied Biosystems® 31xx, 3500 and 3730 Series Systems. The Data Collection Software uses the multicomponent matrix to automatically analyze the four different colored fluorescent dye-labeled samples in a single capillary.

Supports 4-Dye Human Identity applications (i.e., AmpFLSTR® kits), StockMarks®, and Plant⁄Microbial AFLP assays.

3500 Dx Series Sequencing Standard, BigDye™ Terminator v1.1 (Applied Biosystems™)

This BigDye® Terminator v1.1 sequencing standard consists of four tubes, each of which contains DNA of a known 1,200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye® Terminator v1.1. Sufficient DNA is included to perform one spectral calibration/performance check and/or one control sequencing run on an Applied Biosystems® 3500 Dx Series genetic analyzer. The DNA preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability.

DS-33 Matrix Standard Set for the 310 Genetic Analyzer (Applied Biosystems™)

The dye-labeled oligonucleotides included in the Matrix Standard Set DS-33 [6-FAM™, VIC®, NED™, PET®, and LIZ®] are used to generate the "multi-component matrix" required for the ABI PRISM® 310 Genetic Analyzer under denaturing applications.

The 310 instrument Data Collection Software then utilizes the multicomponent matrix to automatically correct the spectral overlap in samples labeled with DS-33 dyes. Matrix standards do not need to be run with every set of sample injections. This set of five matrix standards only need to be run once to generate a matrix file which is then applied to samples run under similar conditions.
