The POP-7™ Polymer is a separation matrix for the 3730 and 3730xl DNA Analyzers. POP-7™ Polymer is customized for DNA sequencing and fragment analysis. Not suitable for use with the 310 and 3100 series genetic analyzers. It causes syringe failure and premature array degradation. Sufficient for 8,000 - 12,000 samples.

Usage per array: 300 runs (with use of Applied Biosystems reagents).

3500xL Dx Genetic Analyzer 24-Capillary Array, 50 cm (Applied Biosystems™)

These internally uncoated 50 cm capillaries are supplied in preassembled sets assemblies of 24 capillaries per array, with a built-in frame for easy installation. Radio frequency identification (RFID) tag is built into the frame for tracking critical run information, which is then reported on the software dashboard. The arrays may be used for 160 injections in Dx mode.
