The POP-7™ Polymer is a separation matrix for the 3730 and 3730xl DNA Analyzers. POP-7™ Polymer is customized for DNA sequencing and fragment analysis. Not suitable for use with ABI PRISM ®, 310 and 3100 series genetic analyzers. It causes syringe failure and premature array degradation. Sufficient for 8,000 - 12,000 samples.
