DS-30 Matrix Standard Kit (Dye Set D) (Applied Biosystems™)

The DS-30 Matrix Standard kit contains 4 oligonucleotides respectively labeled with 6-FAM™, HEX™, NED™, and ROX™, pre-pooled in a single tube. This Matrix Standard Set is used to generate the "multicomponent matrix" required when analyzing fluorescent dye-labeled DNA fragments on the Applied Biosystems® 3100, 3130, and 3730 Series Systems. The Data Collection Software for these instruments uses the multicomponent matrix to automatically analyze the four different colored fluorescent dye-labeled samples in a single capillary.

This kit contains 4 oligonucleotides respectively labeled with 6-FAM™, VIC®, NED™, and ROX™, pre-pooled in a single tube. Suitable for Dye Set D spectral calibration, on ABI PRISM® Analyzers: 3100-Avant™, 3100, and 3730. Supports 4-Dye fragment analysis applications (Linkage Mapping Set v2.5, Mouse Mapping Primers).

The matrix standard set DS-32 is used to generate the 'multicomponent matrix' required when analyzing 5-FAM™, JOE™, NED™, and ROX™ labeled DNA fragments on the Applied Biosystems® 31xx, 3500 and 3730 Series Systems. The Data Collection Software uses the multicomponent matrix to automatically analyze the four different colored fluorescent dye-labeled samples in a single capillary.

Supports 4-Dye Human Identity applications (i.e., AmpFLSTR® kits), StockMarks®, and Plant⁄Microbial AFLP assays.

DS-36 Matrix Standard (Dye Set J6) (Applied Biosystems™)

The DS-36 Matrix Standard (Dye Set J6) is used to perform the spectral calibration required to analyze 6-FAM™, VIC®, NED™, SID™, TAZ™, and LIZ® dye-labeled DNA fragments on the Applied Biosystems® 3130, 3500, and 3730 series systems. The data collection software for these instruments uses the multi-component matrix to automatically analyze the 6 differently colored fluorescent dye-labeled samples in a single capillary. The DS-36 Matrix Standard (Dye Set J6) contains 6 specific sizes of a unique fluorescent dye label.

DS-33 Matrix Standard Kit (Dye Set G5) (Applied Biosystems™)

The Matrix Standard Kit is used to generate the "multicomponent matrix" required when analyzing 6-FAM™, VIC®, NED™, PET®, and LIZ®- labeled DNA fragments on the Applied Biosystems® 31xx, 3500 and 3730 Series Systems. DS-30 GeneScan™ Installation Standard (Applied Biosystems™)

The GeneScan™ Installation Standard DS-30 contains pooled PCR products amplified from microsatellite loci present in CEPH individual 1347. The products are labeled with 6-FAM™, HEX™ and NED™. The kit also contains a tube of GeneScan™ 400 HDTM ROX™ Size Standard.

NED™ Matrix Standard (Applied Biosystems™)

The NED™ Matrix Standard can be used to analyze 6-FAM™, VIC®, NED™ and ROX™-labeled DNA fragments in fragment analysis applications. The standard can be used on the Applied Biosystems® 310 Genetic Analyzers. The Data Collection Software for these instruments uses the multicomponent matrix to automatically analyze the four different colored fluorescent dye-labeled samples in a single capillary.

31xx, 3500, and SeqStudio™ Matrix Standards Kit, BigDye™ Terminator v1.1 (Applied Biosystems™)

This kit contains two tubes of standard used to generate a spectrum on the 31xx, 3500⁄XL, and SeqStudio genetic analyzers. Each tube contains a blend of four different colors of fluorescent dye-labeled DNA fragments suspended in 1X TE buffer.

DS-02 Matrix Standard Kit for the 31xx, 3500/xl, and 3730/xl DNA Analyzers (Applied Biosystems™)

The dye-labeled oligonucleotides included in the Matrix Standard DS-02 set (dR110, dR6G, dTAMRA™, dROX™, and LIZ®) are used to generate the 'multicomponent matrix' required for the SNaPshot® Multiplex Kit. The Data Collection software utilizes the multicomponent matrix to automatically correct for the spectral overlap in samples labeled with DS-02 dyes. The kit consists of one tube of matrix standard which is sufficient for a minimum of eight array runs (on a 24 capillary) or two array runs (on a 96 capillary).

Matrix standards do not need to be run with every set of sample injections. The standard only needs to be run once in order to generate a matrix file which is then applied to samples run under similar conditions. Used with 3100, 3130/3130xl, 3500/3500xl, 3730/3730xl, and SeqStudio Genetic Analyzers and the SNaPshot Multiplex Kit.

3500/3500xL Sequencing Standards, BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 (Applied Biosystems™)

The BigDye® Terminator v3.1 sequencing standard kit contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye® Terminator v3.1 to perform one spectral calibration⁄performance check and⁄or one control sequencing run on the Applied Biosystems® 3500 Series Genetic Analyzer. The DNA contained in the preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability.

3500 Dx Series Sequencing Standard, BigDye™ Terminator v1.1 (Applied Biosystems™)

This BigDye® Terminator v1.1 sequencing standard consists of four tubes, each of which contains DNA of a known 1,200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye® Terminator v1.1. Sufficient DNA is included to perform one spectral calibration/performance check and/or one control sequencing run on an Applied Biosystems® 3500 Dx Series genetic analyzer. The DNA preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability.

VIC™ Matrix Standard for the 310 Genetic Analyzer (Applied Biosystems™)

A dye-labeled matrix standard is required to calibrate GeneScan® software for each dye (blue, green, yellow, and red) used in GeneScan® applications. When VIC® dye-labeled primers are used as green primers in any application, the VIC® Matrix Standard is required. The VIC® Matrix Standard replaces HEX™ or JOE™ (other green dyes) Matrix Standards in existing kits. VIC® Matrix Standard should never be used with HEX™ or JOE™ Matrix Standards. For 310 Genetic Analyzer only. VIC® Matrix Standard can be used in conjunction with Fluorescent Amidite Matrix Standards [6-FAM™, TET™, HEX™, TAMRA™, ROX™] and NED™ Matrix Standard to analyze 6-FAM™, VIC®, NED™ and ROX™-labeled DNA fragments that constitutes dye set D in fragment analysis applications.
