AB Repair Center (ABRC) extended warranty
In most countries, your thermal cycler comes with a standard two-year warranty. The package offered here provides additional warranty coverage to your existing manufacturer’s limited warranty. With ABRC support, factory-trained engineers will perform maintenance or repair your instrument at our remote service center. Just send us your instrument and we will maintain or repair it and ship it back to you typically within three weeks. All parts, labor, and shipping charges are included.

The ABRC extended warranty is ideal for customers in regulated environments that must maintain asset tag consistency to comply with regulated protocols.

ProFlex Thermal Cycler

Each ProFlex PCR System extended warranty package includes instrument configuration and control features, as well as extended warranty benefits:

Rapid Exchange (REX) extended warranty
In most countries, your thermal cycler comes with a standard two-year warranty. The package offered here provides additional warranty coverage to your existing manufacturer’s limited warranty. With the Rapid Exchange (REX) extended warranty, if your instrument needs repair, just call our Support Center and we will exchange it for a factory-certified refurbished replacement instrument within one business day from the time we determine a replacement is required. Instruments are typically received within three days of shipment and are yours to keep. All parts, labor, and shipping charges are included, and existing warranty contracts will be transferred to replacement units.

The Rapid Exchange extended warranty is ideal for customers with user-installable instruments that do not require asset tag consistency, and for those operating under critical timelines.
