The 100L Thermo Scientific™ HyPerforma™ Mixtainer™ BioProcess Container (BPC) is composed of CX5-14 single web, multi-layer plastic film with 4 top ports. The complete Thermo Scientific™ Mixtainer™ System is an integrated, single-use sterile unit for mixing of cell culture media, and other process liquids such as buffers, reagents and bulk drug precursors or products. The system is available in 50, 100, and 200L unit volumes and is recommended for applications where the BPC contents are post filtered.

Product features:
• Mixtainer BioProcess Container — supplied sterilized by irradiation and is constructed of Thermo Scientific CX5-14 film and contains a magnetic stir-bar located in a plastic dish welded in the bottom of the BPC. The dish contains a locking ring to ensure the containment of the stir-bar during shipping, handling and operation. A powder port option is available on one of the standard configurations. Aseptic liquid transfers are facilitated by connectors and tubing attached to ports at the top of the BPC

The Thermo Scientific™ DHX™ Heat Exchanger Single-Use BioProcess Container (BPC) is a 2D system consisting of three 6 L BPCs, without drain. It is composed of Thermo Scientific™ ASI™ 26/77 Polyethylene Film, with interconnecting C-Flex tubing and ReadyMate DAC end connections. The DHX Heat Exchanger and DHX BPC each features a serpentine pattern, creating a sterile fluid path for the process fluid. The BPC fits tightly between the stainless steel DHX Heat Exchanger plate system, and after loading, no further operator interaction is required. The customer has the option of utilizing up to 4 BPCs in the DHX unit.
