Designed for use with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ Accelerated Solvent Extractor systems, Dionex ASE Prep CR Neutralizers neutralize strong mineral acids or bases that may have been used as a pretreatment for hydrolysis of solid samples. The cation-exchange resins are available in sodium (Na+) or hydrogen (H+) form, in 400g and 500g quantities.

Automate extraction, filtration and clean up of compounds from solid and semisolid samples in minutes using the automated Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ 350 Accelerated Solvent Extractor. This system accommodates sample sizes of 1-100g, allows unattended extraction of up to 24 samples and uses 50 to 90% less solvent compared to other methods. The chemically inert pathway supports acid and alkaline sample matrices and solvents. Dionex™ ASE™ Prep Sorbent Cartridges Thermo Scientific™

Chromatograms show lower backgrounds and fewer interfering substances after cleanup using Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ Prep Sorbent Cartridges. Use these cartridges for post-extraction cleanup of organic contaminants from solid and semi-solid matrices typically obtained from environmental, biofuel, and food and beverage industries. As part of a workflow, Dionex ASE Prep Sorbent Cartridges can be used after extraction on the Dionex ASE Accelerated Solvent Extractor and before to GC, GC/MS and LC/MS analysis.

These convenient Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ 150 and 350 Stainless Steel Extraction Cell Kits include 1mL to 100mL extraction cells. Complete with end caps, seals, and O-rings, you can order them as individual cells or in packs of six.

Dionex™ ASE™ 150/200/350 Collection Vials Thermo Scientific™

Collect solvent and analytes extracted from Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ 150/200/350 Accelerated Solvent Extractors using these collection vials. Placed in the vial tray at the lower right of the system, these vials are available in 40 and 60mL clear and amber glass, and are complete with caps and solvent-resistant (TFE) septa.

Dionex™ Solvent Bottle Caps and Liners Thermo Scientific™

Choose the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ Solvent Bottle Caps and Liners that are used to cap 1L and 2L solvent bottles. The 1L bottle is for use on the Dionex™ ASE™ Accelerated Solvent Extractor and Thermo Scientific™ AutoTrace™ SPE Solid Phase Extraction systems. The 2L bottle is for use on the Dionex ASE system. Cap liners are available in PEEK and Teflon for biocompatibility.

Use these high purity Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ 350/150 Cellulose Thimbles to hold solid and semisolid samples in place and prevent plugging of your Dionex ASE 350/150 Accelerated Extraction System. Made from alpha cellulose, these thimbles have excellent mechanical strength. The thimbles' dimensions accurately match Dionex ASE 350/150 System Extraction Cells to ensure an optimum fit during accelerated solvent extraction.

Ensure reliable and reproducible analytical results. Use these high purity Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ 350/150 Glass Fiber Thimbles to hold solid and semisolid samples in place and to prevent plugging of your Dionex ASE 350/150 Accelerated Solvent Extraction System. Made from high purity borosilicate glass fibers and completely free of binders and additives, they can be used at temperatures up to 500°C or when using solvents are incompatible with cellulose thimbles.

Use these Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ Extraction Cell Frits to prevent plugging of sample particulates in the extraction cell. Choose from stainless steel or Dionium™ frits for your Dionex ASE system. Dionex™ ASE™ Accelerated Solvent Extractors feature extraction cells with finger-tight cell caps with compression seals for high-pressure closure and maximum ease of use.

The chemically inert Dionium is ideal for samples pretreated with acids or bases. Dionium supports expanded choices of both pretreated matrices and post-treatment adsorbents for in-cell cleanup. Dionex™ ASE™ Prep DE Thermo Scientific™

Designed for use with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ Accelerated Solvent Extractor systems, Dionex ASE Prep DE dispersant is pelletized diatomaceous earth that acts as a dispersant and drying agent. The material is mixed with the sample prior to adding the sample to an extraction cell. It can also be easily mixed with Dionex ASE Prep MAP in a 1:1 ratio for optimum moisture removal under accelerated solvent extraction conditions.

Dionex™ ASE™ 200 Extraction Cell Thimbles Thermo Scientific™

Used with legacy Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ 200 systems, these high-quality Dionex ASE 200 Extraction Cell Thimbles hold the filters in place inside the extraction cell during solvent extraction. Offering excellent mechanical strength and retention, the filters are available for 11mL or 22mL extraction cells.
