Novex® IEF Cathode Buffer pH 3-10 (10X) is optimized pre-mixed IEF cathod buffer for using with Novex® pH 3-10 IEF gels. IEF is a sensitive technique which is affected by many factors. The optimized pre-mixed IEF buffers reduce variability and ensure consistent results.

Usage note: The IEF cathode buffer solutions contain a reagent that varies from white to light yellow in color. This color variation may produce a similar color variation in the final solution, from colorless to yellowish in tone. This color will not affect product performance.

pUC19 DNA/MspI (HpaII) Marker, ready-to-use Thermo Scientific™

Thermo Scientific pUC19 DNA is digested to completion with the appropriate Thermo Scientific restriction enzyme, then purified and dissolved in storage buffer. The DNA fragments contain blunt or sticky ends, depending on the restriction enzyme used for the markers preparation. pUC19 DNA/MspI (HpaII) Marker, ready-to-use, is premixed with 6X DNA Loading Dye for direct loading onto agarose and polyacrylamide gels.

GeneRuler 100 bp DNA Ladder Thermo Scientific™

Thermo Scientific GeneRuler 100 bp DNA Ladder is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of a double-stranded DNA in the range of 100 bp to 1,000 bp on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. The DNA ladder consists of 10 DNA fragments and is provided with 6X TriTrack DNA Loading Dye.

Product use
This double-stranded DNA ladder is compatible with 1–2 % standard and precast agarose slab gels and can be visualized after ethidium bromide or SYBR Safe staining. A uniform intensity of bands and bright reference bands allow easy sizing and orientation. A defined amount of DNA in each band enables approximate quantification of sample DNA.

Low DNA Mass Ladder Invitrogen™

Invitrogen Low DNA Mass Ladder is designed for sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA in the range of 100 bp to 2,000 bp. Low DNA Mass Ladder consist of six individual chromatography-purified DNA fragments.

Fast and easy staining
The InVision His-tag In-gel Stain protocol is easy to perform and requires very little hands-on time, allowing for rapid and scalable protein expression screening in a variety of gel types. Following electrophoresis, the gel is fixed, incubated in the stain, washed, and the specific His-tagged fusion protein detected by exposing the gel to UV or visible light. In under three hours, nanogram levels of His-tagged fusion protein can be detected. After documenting your InVision Stain signal, total protein staining can be performed.
