Media chamber is easily removable without the need for a tool.

CoverWell™ Imaging Chamber Gasket Invitrogen™

CoverWell imaging chamber gaskets incorporate a thin, UV-transparent plastic cover, making them ideal for fluorescence microscopy and image analysis. The watertight chambers that form under the covers support and stabilize thick and free-floating specimens, allowing resolution of fine internal structures without the compression or movement artifacts normally seen with ordinary coverslips.

These gaskets form watertight "press-to-seal" chambers with dual-access ports so reagents can be quickly added and removed. Available in single- or multi-well configurations, these gaskets allow multiple experiments to be performed on a single microscope slide or coverslip. The heat-resistant gaskets can be sterilized and used for direct culturing of cells and tissues.

Nunc™ Thermanox™ Coverslips Thermo Scientific™

Improve cell attachment and growth on coverslips with the versatile Thermo Scientific™ Nunc™ Thermanox™ Coverslips. These cell-culture treated coverslips are available in a number of shapes and sizes. The proprietary polyester material is highly resistant to solvents (e.g. xylene, acetone, acetic acid) and has a very low gas permeability. Suitable for cytostaining, mounting, embedding, or scintillation counting. Not recommended for phase contrast microscopy or techniques involving fluorescent stains.
