Multiskan FC brings together over 40 years experience of the well-known Multiskan product brand, with features for enhanced usability. The Multiskan FC has a 340–850 nm wavelength range, enabling a wide variety of applications from enzyme kinetic studies to Lowry assays. The instrument provides fast and accurate measurements enabling complete 96-well plate reading in less than seven seconds. The instrument is also equipped with linear shaking as standard. A model with an incubator enables incubation temperatures up to 50°C and the capacity to read 384-well plates. SkanIt software supports optimal use of the instrument with a visual workflow, effortless data analysis and exporting capabilities.

Multiskan Sky Microplate Spectrophotometer is a UV/Vis microplate reader designed to be convenient and easy to use for virtually any photometric research application, especially DNA, RNA and protein analysis. This absorbance reader is ideal for multi-user environments where a variety of endpoint, kinetic and spectral assays are performed. Multiskan Sky spectrophotometers are available in three different configurations. Touchscreen models offer the flexibility to use the system as stand-alone or in conjunction with Thermo Scientific SkanIt PC software. Touchscreen models also offer option to access to Thermo Fisher Connect clould-based tools. The Multiskan Sky microplate spectrophotometer model operated solely via SkanIt software is ideal for users who rely on a PC for all operations. Cuvette reading capability is also offered in some models.

The onboard dispensers support simultaneous dispensing and reading, enabling the monitoring of fast kinetic measurements from the very start of the reaction. Very low dead volume and backflush of reagents support conservation of reagents.

Varioskan LUX comes equipped with a range of measurement technologies including absorbance and fluorescence intensity with optional luminescence, AlphaScreen and TRF. The instrument selects the measurement wavelength using monochromators or optical filters, depending on which is optimal for each measurement technology. FMAT® 2-Color Standard Microsphere Kit is designed to demonstrate the use of the FMAT® System and how to set up, run and analyze a two-color multiplexed experiment. Thermo Scientific™ μDrop™ and μDrop™ Duo Plates are ideal tools for quick and easy photometric low-volume (2–10 μl) concentration measurements of DNA, RNA, protein samples, or spectral scanning.
