The FluoCells prepared slide #3 is ideal for demonstrating the optical sectioning properties of confocal microscopes. Each slide contains a 16 μm cryostat section of mouse kidney stained with Alexa Fluor 488 wheat germ agglutinin (W-11261), Alexa Fluor 568 phalloidin (A-12380) and DAPI (D-1306).
