Protein Expression Lysate Control Kit (Raji) (Applied Biosystems™)

The Applied Biosystems® Raji Cell Lysate is a preparation from the Raji human B-cell line that has been characterized for use as an expression control lysate in TaqMan® Protein Expression Assay experiments. The cell lysate was prepared as described in the Protein Expression Sample Preparation Kit Protocol (PN 4405785) using the Protein Expression Sample Preparation Kit (PN 4405443). The Raji Protein Expression Lysate Control Kit provides a non-stem cell line lysate that may be used as a positive control for ICAM1 and CTSB expression. The lysate contains protease and phosphatase inhibitors and has not been subjected to denaturing or reducing conditions.
