Dionex™ SolEx™ HRPHS Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge Thermo Scientific™

Obtain high recovery of polyphenols and related substances, including humic acids and azo-containing substances such as azo dyes, by using the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ SolEx™ HRPHS Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge. The HRPHS stationary phase is a neutral resin comprised of a high-surface-area, divinylbenzene-based particle grafted with a polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer. This material has properties of a hydrophilic, reversed-phase substance and also has specific high capacity for polyphenols. The cartridge is dessigned for use with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 SPE system or other SPE instrumentation and vacuum manifolds.

Dionex™ SolEx™ C18 Silica-Based SPE Cartridges Thermo Scientific™

Concentrate pesticides, herbicides, hydrocarbons, and other organic contaminants in water as approved by the U.S. EPA Methods using Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ C18 Silica-Based SPE. Use the phthalate-free version of the SPE cartridge to extract pesticides from water and perform trace analyses. The Dionex™ SolEx™ C18-525 SPE Cartridge is for extraction of semivolatiles in drinking water for their lower method detection using U.S. EPA Method 525.2. Concentrate pesticides, herbicides, hydrocarbons, and other organic contaminants from water as approved by the U.S. EPA Methods using Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ C8 Silica-Based SPE Cartridges. Use the phthalate-free version of the SPE cartridge to extract pesticides from water and perform trace analysis. Dionex™ SolEx™ SAX Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge Thermo Scientific™

Concentrate weak acid anions such as carboxylates by using the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ SolEx™ SAX Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge. The stationary phase is comprised of a 22µm high surface area divinylbenzene resin particle grafted with an aromatic quaternary ammonium functionality and conditioned to a pH where the target analytes are charged (about 2 pH units above the pKa). The cartridge is designed for use with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 SPE system or other SPE instrumentation and vacuum manifolds.

Dionex™ SolEx™ SCX Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge Thermo Scientific™

Concentrate weak cations such as base amines using the mixed-mode, reversed-phase, cation-exchange functionality of the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ SolEx™ SCX Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge in extremely acidic sample. The strong cation exchange (SCX) phase bears sulfonate (SO3-) sites which can exchange cations down to a pH <1. The cartridge is designed for use with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 SPE system or other SPE instrumentation and vacuum manifolds.

Dionex™ SolEx™ Carbon-Based SPE Cartridges for EPA Method 521, 522, and 535 Thermo Scientific™

For fast and easy solid-phase extraction (SPE) of nitrosamines (U.S. EPA Method 521) and 1,4-dioxane (U.S. EPA Method 522) in drinking water, use the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ SolEx™ Carbon-Based SPE Cartridges. This cartridge is available in 6mL format with 2g of packing. For SPE of herbicides (U.S. EPA Method 535) in drinking water, use the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ SolEx™ Graphitized Carbon SPE Cartridge. This cartridge is available in 6mL formats with 0.5g of packing. These cartridges are designed for use with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 SPE system or other SPE instrumentation such as vacuum manifolds.

Dionex™ SolEx™ WCX Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge Thermo Scientific™

Concentrate strong cations such as quaternary ammonium compounds using Thermo Scientific™  Dionex™ SolEx™ WCX Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge. The WCX stationary phase is comprised of a medium-surface-area divinylbenzene resin particle grafted with carboxylate functional groups. The phase is conditioned at pH 8 or higher, targets can be eluted by protonating the stationary phase to carboxylic acid (neutral), thus eliminating the ion-exchange retention mechanism. The cartridge is designed for use with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 SPE system or other SPE instrumentation and vacuum manifolds.

Dionex™ SolEx™ WAX Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge Thermo Scientific™

Concentrate strong anions such as sulfonates using the mixed-mode, reversed-phase, anion-exchange functionality of the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ SolEx™ WAX Polymer-Based SPE Cartridge. The WAX stationary phase is comprised of a medium-surface-area divinylbenzene resin particle grafted with an amine functionality. Strong acids are retained at low pH and can be eluted by raising the pH and neutralizing the stationary phase. The cartridge is designed for use with the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 SPE system or other SPE instrumentation and vacuum manifolds.

Dionex™ SolEx™ Unbonded Silica (Acid Washed) Silica-Based SPE Cartridges Thermo Scientific™

Quickly remove or extract polar impurities from water and other liquids using the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ SolEx™ Unbonded Silica (Acid Washed) Silica-Based SPE Cartridges. This unbonded silica SPE cartridge is designed for use with the Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 SPE system or other SPE instrumentation such as vacuum manifolds. They are available in 6 mL cartridges with 0.5 g of packing.
