Efficient-Pro™ AGT™ Feed 2 Gibco™

Efficient-Pro AGT Feed 2 is a next-generation Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) feed used in the production of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), offering significant performance and ease-of-use improvements over earlier Gibco and competitor products. Designed to work optimally with Efficient-Pro AGT Medium, Efficient-Pro AGT Feed 2 has been formulated specifically for use in CHO-S and DG-44 cell lines. The Efficient-Pro AGT system increases titer and specific productivity, improves protein quality and metabolite profiles, and is easier to use with less solubility issues than other CHO media and feed offerings.

Efficient-Pro AGT Feed 2 has been formulated as a chemically defined, animal-origin-free cell culture feed used in the bioproduction of mAbs and other therapeutics in traditional batch and fed-batch bioprocessing workflows, particularly in combination with CHO cell line variants.

Efficient-Pro AGT Feed 2 is a balanced formulation designed to meet the metabolic needs of mAb production and does not contain growth factors or insulin to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and production efficiency. Demonstrated to improve titers in a DG-44 cell line up to 146% when paired with Efficient-Pro AGT Medium compared to an industry-leader’s media and feed system, the Efficient-Pro AGT system helps accelerate your time-to-market and achieve success.

Axiom™ Apple Genotyping Array (Axiom JKI50kMd), mini-96 format Applied Biosystems™

The Applied Biosystems Axiom Apple Genotyping Array is a component of our Axiom Agrigenomics Genotyping solution where target genomic DNA is prepared and processed on the GeneTitan Multi-Channel instrument. The automated process includes hybridization of the gDNA to this high-throughput microarray followed by staining, washing, imaging, and output of genotyping data for further analysis.

The Axiom Apple Genotyping Array has 48,139 Malus SNPs. It was designed in collaboration with Dr. Peil from the Julius Kühn Institute and other international partners. The array was designed using a panel of previously genotyped diverse cultivars, as well as a panel of wild Malus accessions.

The array was designed to include the following:
• Backwards-compatibility set of 7,711 SNPs with accurate and robust clustering on Illumina Infinium 20K and Applied Biosystems Axiom 480K arrays
• Uniform coverage on the HFTH1 whole genome sequence, with a haploblocking strategy designed to include 8 SNPs in a 10 kB window every 125 kB
• Validated SNPs for important traits
• SNPs designed to be specific to the Malus species M. baccata, M. ×micromalus, M. orientalis, M. ×robusta, Malus sieversii, and M. sylvestris
• A set of SNPs for detection of S alleles

MitoTracker™ Red CMXRos Dye, for flow cytometry Invitrogen™

Our MitoTracker dyes for flow cytometry are cell-permeant reagents that label mitochondria in live cells. They are provided at an optimized concentration with protocols for flow cytometry. This allows for more precise analysis with both conventional and spectral flow cytometry. A range of available colors are detected with standard flow cytometry filters.

Bright
Our Mitotracker dyes for flow cytometry were designed to provide a bright signal with minimal overlap into adjacent channels, simplifying spectral compensation. Since mitochondria can be discriminated using a single flow cytometer channel, these viability dyes are an ideal choice for multi-color experiments. Additionally, their unique spectral fingerprints are a valuable addition to spectral flow cytometry experiments.

Robust
These Mitotracker dyes are cell-permeant mitochondrion-selective dyes. These dyes are consistent, reliable, and stable, allowing for the generation of high-quality data.

Convenient
These dyes have been conveniently packaged at a concentration that is optimal for flow cytometry. Dissolve a vial of dye in anhydrous DMSO to provide enough dye for 20 assays. Use immediately or store at -20°C, minimizing freeze-thaw cycles.

How it works
To label mitochondria, simply incubate cells in the recommended concentrations of the Mitotracker dyes, which passively diffuse across the plasma membrane and accumulate in active mitochondria.
