TaqMan™ Array Rat Hepatocarcinogenicity Card (Applied Biosystems™)

The TaqMan® Array Rat Hepatocarcinogenicity Card contains 23 assays to predict and assess hepatocarcinogenicity of non-genotoxic compounds in rat. The gene signatures were developed and validated by the Predictive Safety Testing Consortium, Critical Path Institute (Ref 1). The TaqMan® Array Rat Hepatocarcinogenicity Card is convenient and easy-to-use. Additionally, download the SignatureAssist™ Software to facilitate data analysis.

The 23 assays contained in the TaqMan® Array Rat Hepatocarcinogenicity Card are: Cdkn1a, Mt1a, Akr7a3, Cited4, btg2, Ces2,Udpgtr2, Usp2, Aldh1a1, Pspla1, Ica1, Prodh, Mgmt, Anxa2, Psmb9, mat1a, Sel1h, Tap1, Litaf, Ppia, 3 ESTs, and 18S as a control.

Easy to Load and Run
Using the TaqMan® array card is fast and simple. The micro fluidic technology uses 8 sample loading ports, each connected to 48 reaction wells. Simply pipette your sample (pre-mixed with TaqMan® master mix) into each sample loading port and briefly centrifuge. Within minutes, your 384-well TaqMan® array card is ready to run on the Applied Biosystems® 7900HT Fast or ViiA™ 7 Real-Time PCR Systems.

SignatureAssist™ Software
Applied Biosystems® SignatureAssist™ Software is designed to be used in conjunction with the TaqMan® Array Rat Hepatocarcinogenicity Signature Card, to classify a compound as either 'positive' or 'negative' for rat non-hepatocarcinogenicity. SignatureAssist™ Software is designed to work with results files in .txt or .csv format exported from the Applied Biosystems® 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System or the ViiA™ 7 Real-Time PCR System.
