The panel of assays in the TaqMan Array 96-well Human Hedgehog Pathway Plate targets genes from the three members of the vertebrate hedgehog (hh) family: Desert hh, Indian hh, and Sonic hh. Also included are two Patched homologs: Ptc1 and Ptc2; and three homologs of Ci (Cubitus interruptus): Gli1, Gli2, and Gli3. Genes from two cell-cell signaling pathways that commonly function in association with Hedgehog signaling (WNT and TGFB) are also included. And other genes involved in signal transduction of the hedgehog signals (MAPK⁄ERK), as well as genes associated with cell differentiation and regulation of development, are included.

The panel of assays in the TaqMan® Array 96-well Human Hypoxia Plate targets genes in the HIF (hypoxia inducible factor) family. On the panel are the genes VHL, Cul2, and RBX1 (Ring-Box 1) that complex with additional genes for a role in the ubiquitylation of HIF1A. Other hypoxia response related genes fall in to the following target classes: Transcription Factors, Immune and Stress Response, Signal Transduction, Apoptosis, Oxidoreductases, Proteases, and Protein metabolism.
