What is the MyGeneChip Custom Array Program? Product FAQ

Answer

The MyGeneChip Custom Array Program allows you to custom design expression and/or genotyping arrays to meet your needs. You can choose from human, plant, animal, or microbial genomes, and leverage content from catalog GeneChip arrays, your own RNA-Seq data, or a combination of both. MyGeneChip Custom Arrays are processed on GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G System or GeneTitan Multi-Channel (MC) Instrument, depending on your chosen array format. Array designs are processed in conjugation with the Affymetrix Bioinformatics Chip Design Team to ensure your success.
