          Pipetting viscous solutions using electronic pipettes may be very challenging and result in ineffective pipetting that could contribute to overall poor QC values. Therefore, the use of electronic pipettes is not recommended.

          Multichannel pipette compatibility: 12+2-well (8- and 12-channel pipette-compatible) and 26-well (8- and 12-channel pipette-compatible).
          The 12-channel pipettes work with the 26-well gels. You will need to alternate lanes (e.g., aligns with every two lanes). There will be two extra lanes (for MW markers). The 12-channel pipettes work with the 12+2 well gels as well.

Use properly matched pipette sizes (e.g., do not use a 200 µl pipette to measure 10 µl) and make the dilution in two or three steps (e.g., 10-fold times 10-fold)

          The magnetic beads are much smaller than eukaryotic cells, therefore, any pipet that can be used to pipet eukaryotic cells can be used to pipet the beads.
