dU Phosphoramidite, standard grade, serum vial bottle (Thermo Scientific™)

dU CEP is a phosphoramidite containing 5' DMT and the nucleoside deoxyuridine (dU) for use in oligonucleotide synthesis. The incorporation of a deoxyuridine base into a DNA sequence can be utilized to induce mutagenic effects. Enzymatically the uracil is removed, creating an abasic site at the dU position, and thus generating site-specific breaks in the oligo. This product is supplied in a 5 mL amber bottle with a serum vial neck style, which is compatible with most Applied Biosystems synthesizers and AKTA synthesizers of oligonucleotide synthesizers.

dU CEP is a phosphoramidite containing 5' DMT and the nucleoside deoxyuridine (dU) for use in oligonucleotide synthesis. The incorporation of a deoxyuridine base into a DNA sequence can be utilized to induce mutagenic effects. This product is supplied in a 30 mL amber bottle with a 20-400 Finish neck style, which is compatible with most Expedite Systems of oligonucleotide synthesizers.
