3500 Dx/3500xL Dx Genetic Analyzer Sequencing Install Standard, BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 (Applied Biosystems™)
The BigDye® Terminator sequencing standard kit contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye® Terminator v3.1 to perform one spectral calibration⁄performance check and⁄or one control sequencing run on the 3500 Dx Series Genetic Analyzers. The DNA contained in the preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability.

This kit contains a set of four standards that can be used to generate a matrix file for the 310 Genetic Analyzer. Each tube contains a different fluorescent dye in solution, along with blue loading dye.
