MicroSEQ™ ID Sequencing Clean-up Plates (Applied Biosystems™)

The MicroSEQ® ID Sequencing Clean-up Plates are used for post-sequencing clean-up in the MicroSEQ® ID workflow. The gel filtration matrix used in the microplate cartridges provides a convenient and simple way to remove dye terminators, dNTPs, and salts, as well as residual primers from cycle sequencing reactions.

The MicroSEQ® ID Sequencing Clean-up Plates can be used downstream of the following sequencing kits:
