IL29 Recombinant Human Protein (Gibco™)

Recombinant IL29 is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture applications. IL29 is functionally similar to type I interferons, including antiviral activity and up-regulation of MHC class I antigen expression. IL29 signal through the same heterodimeric receptor complex that is composed of the IL-10 receptor b (IL-10 Rb) and a novel IL-28 receptor a (IL-28 Ra, also known as IFN-γ R1). Binding to the receptor complex induces Jak kinase activation, as well as STAT1 and STAT2 tyrosine phosphorylation.

IL7 (Interleukin 7) CTS™ Recombinant Human Protein (Gibco™)

Recombinant IL7 is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture applications. IL7 stimulates the proliferation of pre-B and pro-B cells. IL7 also supports the maturation of megakaryocytes. ED50 range = 0.2 to 1 ng⁄mL (Specific Activity: 5.0 x 10^6 to 1.0 x 10^6 units⁄mg), determined by the dose dependent proliferation of human PBMCs. Optimal concentration for individual application should be determined by a dose response assay.

Recombinant IL31 is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture applications. IL31 is primarily associated with activated T cells and expressed by Th2 rather than Th1 cells. IL31 signals via IL31RA and the oncostatin M receptor. IL31 signaling has been shown to involve the Jak/STAT pathway, the PI3 kinase/AKT cascade, and MAP kinase pathway.

IL20 Recombinant Human Protein (Gibco™)

Recombinant IL20 is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture applications. There are two heterodimeric receptor complexes for IL20. The first is composed of IL20 Ra and IL20 Rb. The second is composed of IL-22 R and IL20b. IL20 induces the proliferation of multipotential hematopoietic progenitor cells, directs the differentiation and expansion of keratinocytes, and promotes the release of proinflammatory mediators in keratinocytes and other cells expressing the IL20 receptor.

Recombinant Human Stem Cell Factor (SCF, c-kit Ligand) is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture applications. SCF is a pleiotropic factor that acts in utero in germ cell and neural cell development, and hematopoiesis, all believed to reflect a role in cell migration. In adults, it functions pleiotropically, while mostly noted for its continued requirement in hematopoiesis.
