IL10 Recombinant Human Protein (Gibco™)

Recombinant IL10 is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture applications. IL10 inhibits the synthesis of a number of cytokines, such as TNF-α, Il-1, and Il-6 from macrophages and Il-2, IFN-γ, and TNF-β from Th1 cells.

TPO is a humoral growth factor that is necessary for megakaryocyte proliferation and maturation, as well as for thrombopoiesis. This protein is the ligand for MLP/C_MPL, which is the product of the myeloproliferative leukemia virus oncogene. Recombinant Human Thrombopoeitin (TPO) is one of the many GIBCO® recombinant bioactive proteins available from Life Technologies. This is the 10 milligram size.

FGF9 Recombinant Human Protein (Gibco™)

Recombinant FGF9 is a bioactive protein intended for use in cell culture applications. FGF9 (also known as heparin binding growth factor HBGF) is one of the isoforms of FGF-8, and is a member of the FGF family of proteins.
