The activity of our SCF CTS™ Recombinant Human growth factor is determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of human MO-7e cells to have an ED50 range of 2 to 10 ng/mL (specific activity: 5 × 105–1 × 105 units/mg). Optimal concentration for individual applications should be determined by a dose response assay.
