Please note that the value of the specific sample the customer may receive from the manufacturer under this program may be considered as a gift or an advantage, and as a result pursuant to applicable local laws or regulations, it could give rise to declaration, notification, publication or reporting. The customer also warrants it will comply with any local law or regulation and with any professional or ethical code or internal regulation relating to transparency or forbidding it to receive the sample. The sample is intended for general laboratory use unless otherwise specified. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the performance of the sample is suitable for the specific use or application. “HCP” (health care professional) or “HCO” (healthcare organization) as defined under the APACMed Code of Ethical Conduct for Interactions with Health Care Professionals may not participate in this program.
