Module: Extract Label ()

Description:

This is an experimental module from the Xtra Library: https://xtras.amira-avizo.com.

This module extracts a specified label region by the ID from a label field.

Connections:

Labels [required]
A label field (HxUniformLabelField3) to be extracted.

Ports:

Label ID

A label ID to be extracted. The parameter range is automatically adjusted by the connected label field.

Export as binary

If checked 'yes', a binary result is exported. This option is useful for subsequent computation (e.g. for Separate Objects module). Otherwise, the original label value is retained. It is useful for visualization with same colormap of the input image for this module.
