Module: Auto Cylinder Correlation ()

Description:

This is an experimental module from the Xtra Library: https://xtras.amira-avizo.com.

This module provides a basic interface and presets for simplified use of the Cylinder Correlation module.

Note: the units settings must be set to micrometer for this module to work as expected. Before starting a project or loading a dataset, go to Menu > Edit > Preferences. In the "Units" tab, set "Display units" and "Working units" to micrometer.

The image data. Supported input types are byte and float. The voxel size must be isotropic.

Mode

This port lets you select among several presets of fiber diameters.

Diameter

This port is visible only if the Manual mode is selected, and is used to enter the fiber diameter manually.
