Module: Auto Trace Correlation Lines ()

Description:

This is an experimental module from the Xtra Library: https://xtras.amira-avizo.com.

This module provides a basic interface and presets for simplified use of the Trace Correlation Lines module.

Note: the units settings must be set to micrometer for this module to work as expected. Before starting a project or loading a dataset, go to Menu > Edit > Preferences. In the "Units" tab, set "Display units" and "Working units" to micrometer.

Connections:

Data [required]
Correlation field computed with CylinderCorrelation. The data must be of type float or unsigned char and have isotropic voxel size.

Orientation Field [optional]
Orientation field computed with CylinderCorrelation. This data must be of type unsigned int if the data type of the port "Data" is float, or unsigned short if the data type of the port "Data" is unsigned char. Moreover, "Orientation field" input and "Data" input must have the same dimensions.

Masking (Optional) [optional]
This connection can be used to prevent fibers from being traced outside the provided binary mask.

Smoothing

This option allows you to smooth the generated fibers.

Direction Coefficient

This port lets you select among several types of fibers depending on their curvature: straight, moderately curved, or curly.
