Auto-Crop
This is an experimental module from the Xtra Library:

This Xtra module automatically crops the input data, taking into account a specified threshold value. The user can define in which of the three space directions the data should be cropped. Cropping consists in discarding, in the specified direction(s), layers of voxels in which the data doesn't exceed the specified threshold value.
