Flip and Swap

This is an experimental module from the Xtra Library: www.thermofisher.com/software-em-3d-vis/xtra-library/.

This Xtra module flips, swaps or mirrors uniform vector fields in specified directions. Note that applying several time the module will only apply the latest transformation to the input data and overwrite the result. To cumulate transformations, a sequence of several modules needs to be created.

Input	Description
Data: [required]	The input data should be a uniform vector field.

Parameters (Ports)

Parameter	Description
Flip:	Reverts the order of slices in the corresponding dimension.
Swap:	Interchanges the corresponding dimensions.
Mirror:	Reverts the order of slices in the corresponding dimension and inverts the vectors orientation in the corresponding direction (and that direction only).
