PSCs maintain normal karyotype
PSCs were grown under feeder-free conditions using Essential 8 Medium (Cat. No. A15170) for 20 passages in wells coated with rhLaminin-521 (A29248). Following 20 passages, G-band karyotyping was performed by Cell Line Genetics, Inc. Normal karyotype is shown for: A. Human embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and B. an episomal CD34+-derived iPSC line.
