Tamoxifen-Treated Hep G2 Cells Stained Using the LIVE/DEAD® Cell Imaging Kit

Hep G2 cells grown in 96-well microplates were treated with 10 uM tamoxifen overnight, then stained with LIVE/DEAD® Cell Imaging kit (R37601) and imaged on a FLoid™ Cell Imaging Station. Bright field overlay on dead cells stained red and live cells stained green.
