Instrument equivalence study for the TaqPath COVID-19, Flu A/B, RSV Combo Kit: 7500 Fast (control) versus QuantStudio 5 and 7

The Applied Biosystems TaqPath COVID-19, Flu A/B, RSV Combo Kit is a single real-time PCR test for SARS-CoV-2, influenza A/B, and RSV. This multiplex testing kit has recently been validated for use in two of our most installed systems: QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR System (96-well, 0.2 mL) and QuantStudio 7 Flex Real-Time PCR System (384-well). Our kit may now be used in the QuantStudio 5, 7, and 7500 Fast systems.

This validation comes in time for the upcoming flu season which experts have warned could be tough with COVID-19, influenza, and RSV all coexisting. Now you are free to start testing with this combo kit using your QuantStudio 5 or 7.
