Comparable or better targeted DNA sequencing results
The MagMAX FFPE DNA/RNA Ultra kit or a leading competitor’s kit was used to isolate both DNA and RNA from the same FFPE sections. DNA libraries were created using the Ion AmpliSeq™ Cancer Hotspot Panel v2, prepared using the Ion Chef System, and sequenced using the Ion PGM™ System. Data was analyzed using Torrent Suite Software.
