Beads from the AbC™ anti-Mouse Bead Kit stained with Mouse anti-Human CD56 PE conjugate and analyzed by flow cytometry
The Ig coated beads from the AbC™ anti-Mouse Bead Kit were stained with Mouse anti-Human CD56 PE conjugate (MHCD5604) washed, negative bead added and analyzed by flow cytometry. Simultaneously human PBMC's were also stained with Mouse anti-Human CD56 PE conjugate (MHCD5604) and analyzed by flow cytometry. The histograms show that the antigen expression of CD56 on PBMC's may not be adequate for accurate compensation, while the AbC anti-Mouse Bead sample were bright and can be used to accurately set instrument compensation.
